Delivery Order Management

Proof before completion. A driver needs to attach a delivery document image before a DO can be marked as Delivered. OCR-assisted input suggests the DO number from a photo and should be checked by the driver.

- Progress status for every assignment

Scope. This module prepares claim and invoice documents. It is not an accounting system, does not make bank payments and does not submit e-invoices to LHDN.
Driver Attendance and Biometric Integration
- ZKTeco SenseFace device integration

- Weekly and monthly attendance summaries

Enrollment happens at the device. Face and fingerprint enrollment takes place on the physical device. FleetDo does not enroll biometrics remotely.
Device compatibility. Supported synchronization commands vary by device model and firmware. Compatibility is subject to supported firmware and validation with your devices. Synchronization requests are queued and delivered when the device next connects.

Scope. Statutory amounts are calculated from configured rates, which your team remains responsible for keeping current. FleetDo does not submit contributions to KWSP or PERKESO and does not transfer salaries. The bank payment summary is a list for your own banking process.
Fleet and Lorry Management

- Driver and subcontractor associations
- Odometer baseline for each lorry

- MySubsidi diesel monitoring, including the current balance

Scope. This module is a fleet register. It does not include workshop job cards, parts inventory or detailed maintenance scheduling.
GPS and Mileage Monitoring
- Periodic mileage data collection
- GPS location data from configured external services
- Service mileage threshold alerts through WhatsApp
- Alerts for selected lorries moving without recorded DO activity, under configured conditions
- Odometer-based cumulative distance calculation
Depends on external data. GPS and mileage features rely on your external GPS service, the mapping between GPS devices and lorries, the data that service makes available and the scheduled collection times. Information is updated periodically. This is not live route tracking, and map positions are not guaranteed to be real time.
Fuel Transaction Monitoring
- PETRONAS SmartPay transaction monitoring

Read-only monitoring. Fuel data is retrieved periodically from the configured external portal and reflects what was available at the last collection. FleetDo does not purchase fuel or reload fuel cards.

Read-only by design. Partners can look up a DO. They cannot create, change or delete DO records through this API.
